Aura and Chakra Photography.



The technology of Aura and Chakra Photography can be described as conversion of the micro-electrical activity happening in and around the body to a visual graph. Depending upon the frequency of vibration or micro-electrical activity the colors are assigned.  The lower frequencies are red in color and higher are in shades of violet.  The graphs of the hardware based technology gives a deeper insight into micro-electrical activity in regions of the body and also all of the organs.  The graph is represented as ‘Chakras corresponding to sites of maximum activity mostly along the spine.  It graphs the electrical activities as seven major Chakras in the body. Ideally the Chakras are round and has one color.  If the micro electrical activity shows irregularity or vibrations of different frequencies, this then leads to a conclusion that cellular communication in the corresponding region is disturbed. In other words, block in the chakra results as the region becoming susceptible for physical disease.
In the case of lower frequency Chakras it takes about 10 to 15 years for the cellular mal-communication to present as a disease.  A higher frequency Chakra, the block almost manifests immediately.  Elaborating on the above, the root Chakra block more than 15 years in almost all cases, manifests as diseases ofeither rectum, anus or lower limbs. The throat Chakra block only a month old can present as an ENT issue.  The third eye Chakra block presents as a head-ache almost instantaneously.  Hence the technology of Aura and Chakra photography can be used as a tool in preventative health.
As mentioned, the blocks or irregularities are due to the vibration of different frequencies in the region concerned.  These irregularities usually have an incident associated with the person’s life.  This goes on to show that thoughts govern the formation of vibration or micro electrical activity.  Numerous high intensity electro-physical activities like varied heart rate, breathing pattern, the sympathetic and para-sympathetic response during the incident is probably responsible for theseirregularities.  This is probably the reason, the sages and masters focused on the equanimity of the mind.  
Aura and Chakra photography is yet to be used in the scientific arena of diagnosis. The variation of irregularities is unique in every individual.  An event can be perceived in numerous ways and hence can be manifested across the Chakras.  The uniqueness of the thought process of an individual, manifesting as an emotion, can be graphed by the Aura machine.  Therefore the interpretation of the graph is more of an art than science. The thought which is utilized to benefit thy self and the world becomes positive.  And the same emotion when used for hurting self or others becomes negative.    To explain this further; the red color is excitementso is extreme stress.  Orange is creativity; self obsession is manifested as Orange.  Yellow is for intelligence, control and ruthlessness.  The extreme, almost opposite nature of expression, when the color is translated to thought process is another reason why the technology cannot be taken for granted. Hence the generalization of the scientific formulae fails. It is too early for the humanity to accept dogmas that have more exception than rule, even hard to call it as scientific!!  Aura and Chakra are not just spiritual lingo any longer, it is indicator of health.  It will be gradually accepted by main stream science. The concepts of faith healings, Reki ,Pranic Healing can be photographed now.

Nonetheless the newer technologies are inching the way and paving path to complete and holistic approach to health. The thoughts process is now gradually accepted as basis of physical health. A session of Aura and Chakra Photography can takeanywhere between 1-4 hours. It can be used for disease reversal in many chronic pain conditions. It can be used to treat depression and anxiety. It also gives deeper insight to one’s own personality.


Diabetes.. An integrated approach


Diabetes is a multi-factorial metabolic disease characterized by either inability of tissue to uptake insulin or lack of insulin production. No single satisfactory modality of treatment is available; which is not surprising due to multi-factorial cause in manifestation of Diabetes.

It is well known that sugar level fluctuate during stress. There are recorded cases of partial reversal of disease when treated for Depression, Anxiety and Multiple personality disorders. "You belong in this range of this parameter, you have this disease" turns no different than "you are born in this month, you have this character". We must not forget, diabetes is not a new disease, our view regarding the therapy is.

However it is noted that a regular systematic approach with regular physical and mental exercise , proper tailored diet, balancing body constituents as mentioned in Ayurveda, reversal can be brought about.

A guide to Health and fitness..



"Health And Fitness..."

It is not uncommon that we over-hear or even end up discussing "health blah blah..Fitness blah blah.." in a social gathering or peer-talk or even class reunion !! Apart from the fact that this topic is one of the most heavily scientifically debated, blogged, media covered, errr... even adult and boys’ magazine try to create space for this purpose, apart from usual eye candies. HEALTH AND FITNESS is a aspect that needs deeper understanding of personal physic and mental setup.

Well, this blog is a attempt to make readers aware and equipped for better health and total fitness.

Health is a state of complete physical, mental, {emotional, spiritual} and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. As defined by WHO. With respect to health “fitness” can be now defined as “quality of an individual, proved fit or suitable in all aspects of health”

Now, there you go, thrown to a state of confusion; most of us are aware of health as just a physical aspect which needs trimming up and trimming down to called “healthy”. We hardly take pains with the mental, emotional, spiritual and social aspects of health. The gross frame or physical body becomes health once the deeper aspects of mind, emotion, sprit and social relationships are addressed. Physical aspect of health can be improved or ruined, as most of us are aware, by following the directions given by mind or mental aspect. Mind in turn is controlled by mood/emotions, which is paddled by zeal/sprit or the spiritual aspect and finally relationship with society balances our preferences and negations.

Many websites give detail accounts on maintenance of physical fitness, workout schedules and nutritional allowances for the day or week. Healthy food and workout programs are followed religiously and meticulously by millions, and yet, it is here the billion dollar questions start popping out “does it work for everyone?” “How many people have failed with the options offered?” “Will I become my old-self if I break the routine?” “What is the ultimate solution for my complete health?” And yes, the answers are out there too. Few satisfying and many don’t even come close to satisfactory tag. So, there again arises question “Is it wrong?” My view is –they are not wrong, but they CAN become wrong if other aspects of health are not addressed.

Exercise is a must for aspiring healthy; it forms the pillars of support for the magnificent mansion called HEALTHY or a 'wholesome individual'. Wherein, the foundation is by the mental-health, floor by emotion-health, walls by the social-health and roof by the spiritual-health. Yoga, breathing exercises and meditation help us improving mental, emotional and spiritual health. ‘Group sessions’ and ‘get-togethers’ improve social health and relationships.The blog will primarily deal with fitness of these topics-mental, emotional, spiritual and social health.

I am not going to dig into ‘maintenance of physical health’, ‘daily workout plans’, ‘recommended intake for age and body mass’, ‘body mass index’, ‘smoking and other vices’ and other usual topics which you can Google and get information on .
